How do you train your shoulders? What exercises or what's your favorite routine? Do you favor volume or do you stick to limited sets? Do you include rotator work in your shoulder routine?

I've always heard that behind the neck presses and pulldowns are dangerous. Fact or fiction? What's been your experience?

DB Lat Raise
Front Lateral Raise

4 Sets each
6-12 reps

I don't do behind neck, don't feel contraction much that way
