When do I take a pct?

I just started taking super dmz rx 2.0 and I love the product, I gained 13 pounds so far, I'm in my 3rd week. I was reading online and it was saying that it recommend I should take a pct. I'm not sure if I should take a pct during my cycle with super dmz or after my cycle. I was also wonder if you could recommend a good pct. Thanks.

You made a pretty big mistake by starting a DS, especially a powerful one like SDMZ, without even knowing what a PCT is. Do you even know you're taking steroids right now?

A PCT = Post Cycle Therapy, post as in after, you take after your cycle ends. You need a PCT to restore your body's testosterone production, without it you will be low on T for a few if not several months and miserable waiting to fully recover. Here's what you need to buy and how to run it, you start this the day after your last SDMZ dosing.

PCT Weeks 1-4
Clomid - 50mg daily
Eradicate/Erase/E-control 3 caps daily (Pick one of these)
Ultra Male 1 cap daily (This could also be substituted for DAA which would be dosed 3-4g daily).

day or two after finishing the dmz start the pct for 3-4 weeks.
say 30-50mg clomid ed and maybe 10mg tamox ed. or a decent OTC PCT may help also.
