I'm thinking about ordering my first bottle of Deca Drol Max as a starter , anyone has any suggestion as to rather this is a good starter or should I be looking at something else ?

Deca-Drol is not a bad choice. Halo Extreme is my favorite for guys just starting out. What's your goals with this cycle? This will better help us put something together for you.

For the first cycle, I would like to bulk up on lean muscle mass.
Also I'm from Canada , has there been any issues with Deca Drol being seized at th boarder by Customs ?

Deca is a wet compound, with a lot of water retention. Halo is a better choice for you at 75-100/day for 6 weeks followed by a proper PCT.
