Hello everyone, I've been in and out of the gym since I was 15 now 41. I've been reading about doing a super dmz cycle but sounds like I need to start with something less and work into it. Right now all I'm doing is protein and creatine. Weight 196. Would love to get the results that's DMZ 3.0 will give but want to do it right. Where is a good place to start and work up to it? I'm sure this has been asked a million times before so sorry for that... Please help me get this journey started I can't wait I'm frickin jacked up and ready to start just need some educated advice.
