He brought a jaw-dropping amount of signature size, nailed his posing, and won a key title that puts him in perfect place in the sport.

In light of the whole Brittany Dawn Fitness scam (which is still going on by the way), I’m going to actually help people understand why this is a GOOD THING for the industry. Many of you might be scratching your head as to how this is a good thing, but it actually is. Here’s the bottom line… Are there fitness scammers out there? Absolutely! When one of the fitness scammers gets exposed, will more follow suit and get exposed down the road? You bet they will (which could actually prevent them from even starting if they were smart). In the end, this opens the eyes to the people out there who are looking for solid plans to help them reach their health and fitness goals and gives business to more of the good trainers out there in the fitness industry.

No matter your current goals, you’re not going to improve your body without first strengthening your mind! Your thoughts ultimately control your actions, and it’s a strong mind that pushes us to eat right, train hard, and stick to a plan for the long haul. Even the greatest routines for nutrition, training, and supplementation will fail if you don’t have the will to carry them out.

Shawn Ray is back with another great project, earning him more fans, more money, and more respect. Then again, this has been Shawn’s tried and true approach ever since he step foot on his first bodybuilding stage. Does he have haters? OH MY GOD, YES!! But guess what, those haters have paved the way to his, now, super stardom. I’m sure many of these bums would expect a certain hand gesture from Ray, if given the chance, but they’re probably mistaken as to which. A lot of trolls think the stars would give them [the middle] finger, when in reality, it’s probably more of a thumbs-up, than anything else. Haters make you famous and although this may violate the most basic tenets of Broscience, it is, very good to feed the trolls.

Recently, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has cracked down on a supplement company for purchasing fake reviews for their products on Amazon and slapped them with a $50,000 fine. This supplement company paid a third-party website to create fake reviews of their product on the Amazon platform so that the company could maintain a five-star rating with their product. This notion that fake supplement reviews are common these days is actually quite common but not really discussed.

I remember growing up in the ‘80s and ‘90s where frozen dinners were the craze. You’d get out a snack tray table and plop yourself down in front of the television, warm up your frozen tv dinner and settle in for the night. Then all of the nutrition Nazi’s came along and threw stones at people who consumed frozen meals. Ok, that might be slightly exaggerated but the media started to push the notion that frozen meals are not healthy due to the high amounts of sodium, excessive preservatives, and lackluster nutritional profiles.
