I WILL tell you THIS: I tried 150 one day cuz I got froggy and curious, last 6 caps left in my first bottle.... not a good idea, the shit almost tore a hole thru my liver, woke up in the middle of the night and me and my liver got acquainted... had to chug a ton of water, would not recommend it. But, to add to the moral of the story, I now know I have a liver![]()
I took Halo before for 6 weeks and noticed the gains stopped in the 4th or 5th week. I don't think its worth doing 8 weeks just more liver stress.

So you are gaining strength each week but have not "noticed" results. That is the result. You need to re-evaluate your diet and then your training.
