Halo week 5 starts Monday for me! Was planning 6 weeks total 50/75/75/75/75/75 .. Wanna go 2 more weeks so 8 weeks total! Any one do this? Get back to me!!
 
Since we're getting extreme what's the difference of 75mg per day or 100?
 
I take other supps too so sketchy about lived issues however I go drink 2 gallons of water a day!



haha try it and see buddy, I've been running 100 for right about 4 weeks now, but dropped it to 75 when osta came in.... I WILL tell you THIS: I tried 150 one day cuz I got froggy and curious, last 6 caps left in my first bottle.... not a good idea, the shit almost tore a hole thru my liver, woke up in the middle of the night and me and my liver got acquainted... had to chug a ton of water, would not recommend it. But, to add to the moral of the story, I now know I have a liver :P

started monday (6th week) at 4 per day of halo - so were at 50/75/75/75/75/100/100/100 havent noticed much yet from the increase in dosage.. excited tho, i should feel some effect by week 7!
 
I took Halo before for 6 weeks and noticed the gains stopped in the 4th or 5th week. I don't think its worth doing 8 weeks just more liver stress.

So you are gaining strength each week but have not "noticed" results. That is the result. You need to re-evaluate your diet and then your training.
 
I was more than happy running the 4 weeks. Even 3 weeks now past and still have not lost much. Check my video blog on main page and my 4 week log in the logs forum.
