let's say one has enough of cycles and is satisfied with his or her body size, what supplement is recommended for maintenance?

can the liver support supplement be continued for long term organ health?

Thanks guys...

Yes, the Advanced Cycle Support can be used indefinitely, although be aware of your blood pressure. But to answer your original question, the answer is to maintain a good balanced nutritious diet and to train SMART. Blending up a scoop or two of our Complete Protein every day would be a great addition to your diet to ensure you're getting good bioavailable (digestable) protein.

I recommend Osta-Rx as you can run up to eight weeks leaving only a month left for time off and will allow your body to have recovery and ready for the next cycle. Everyone has hit the hammer on the head with diet up keep and other supplements out there to assist with maintenance.

Osta RX for sure

TEST! Sorry, couldn't help myself. I stay on IML's ACS, Complete Protein, Essence, and Flex Rx. And coming soon...Multi Rx!!!

First I'd heard of the Multi-RX so I had to check it out. Some very big numbers in there! I was even more impressed when I scrolled down and read through the ingredient list. I'm constantly impressed by what I see going into IML products and have been thoroughly impressed with the speedy replies and quick deliveries as well as the sharing of knowledge and experience here.

Glad to help; and yeah, can't wait for the multi!

Can we say Osta RX can replace other BCAA, creatine during maintenance period?

Osta Rx is a SARM, BCAA's are Branched Chain Amino's...
Here's a link to educate yourself on Ostarine:

they just serve different functions, you still need your BCAA's, but most protein powders you buy will have them in there. Creatine helps but you want to cycle it to give your kidneys a break, 3 months is max recommended time on creatine, then at least one month break.

Thanks alot biggie. I really learn a lot....

All these products, terms, are new to me, but picking up fast.

Alrite biggie....I am right behind ya.

I will post up my before picture once I my stack arrives. And see how far this ph will give me.

Complete Protein seems to have everything u need inside: complete proteins, glutamines..
Yeah, I personally love the stuff. I use it every morning when I wake up and also before bed.

2scoops
1cp ice
1cp milk
2tbsp PB

Blend it... its soo good!

How is "powdered" peanut butter healthier for you??? Processed stuff is practically NEVER better than its whole food counterpart, but I never tried it, was just wondering your reason behind the "healthier" bit

It Had 85% less fat, calories, and carbs then the traditional peanut butter. heres a link to product, look at the nutritional facts my man. http://www.bellplantation.com/products/4-pack-pb2-powdered-peanut-butter.html

"PB2 has the same consistency as full fat peanut butter with all of the natural roasted peanut flavor, but with nearly 85% less fat calories. PB2 is made with high quality peanuts that are slow-roasted to our specifications and pressed to remove the oil. All natural with no artificial flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives. "

I suppose, tho you're losing a little bit of Iron and Potassium. I still like my natural PB with the supps, since pro-hormones are fat-soluble from my understanding, it helps for better absorption... plus it's healthy fat :D Also, 3 extra grams protein with the "whole" PB vs the powder... but them is just details

Lol I'm with u, I'm using Unsalted almond butter and love it. But some might get there healthy fats from olive oil or coconut oil. To each their own bro lol
