nitro 4 with osta rx

I am about to start my osta rx cycle and i will be taking nitro 4 with it. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how i should take these 2 products together? like is their a certain way i should devide my doses?

and also i was wondering about the whole taking nitro 4 on an empty stomach thing? is that really important or is it ok 2 take it without an empty stomach?

And also should i only take nitro 4 on workout days since its preworkout or should i take it on off days 2?? Any help would be greatly appreciated

No need to divide doses, take the Nitro pre-workout of course.
