Hi,
I very new to this! i have only recently been pointed to your product (Deca-Drol) and have been reading a lot about prohormones in general for the last 2-3 weeks before taking the plunge (excited and a little scared)
Please advise what you think of my plan and any tweaking you see fit.
Just some stats.
I am 25yo
Weigh 165 pounds
Height 5'8
BMI 14-15
Stats on compound lifts
Bench - 176 pounds
Dead lift - 220 pounds
Squat - 220 pounds
I would love to increase my lifts, size and muscle quality while decreasing body fat! 176 pounds is my goal weight.
I plan to take blood on the weekend to ensure my liver is healthy (im sure it is!) mainly for assurance as i just finished taking doxylin for acne.
and binge drinking almost every Friday for the past month or so.
And assurance for other newbies in this forum (i plan on logging my progress and taking blood after cycle).
I will be cycling for 8 weeks:
First 4 weeks
Deca-Drol MAX 3caps daily with Ultra-Sten 2caps daily for 4 weeks (no support).
Second 4 weeks
Deca-Drol MAX 3caps daily, Halobolin 1cap daily (50mg) with cycle Armor only during the last 8 weeks.
Clean diet plan (and no drinking for at least 3 months!)
200 Carbs
300 Protein
100 Fat
Workout
Was thinking of doing Rippetoe's Starting Strength (all compounds every second day, some arms here and there).
Or body splits of 10 reps - 3 sets, not training for more than 3 consecutive days or resting for 2 consecutive days.
With 15-20 minutes of cardio after weightlifting, heart rate at 120-140.
additional supplements:
Green tea
Zma
Fish oil
Preworkout ext go / coffee
Creatine
I will take any suggestions on board so please advise, main concern is that I am only taking cycle armor during the last 4 weeks - but that is what I have been recommended by a friend who has also cycled on the same products, but i know everyone is different! would like others opinion on this.
