Hey EB when would you cut if you were in my shoes? Currently fluctuating around 205 and 19% BodyFat. I guess I have 160 or so LBM which means I would need to get to 180 to reach 10%, which is where I would like to go. I was originally planning on continuing bulk for at least the rest of the year but I don't really want to get much fatter, and off cycle the gains for another month or 2 won't be that much.
 
Obviously you can cut whenever you want, but I'd at least wait till you're completely done with PCT.
 
Yea agree with EB. You want to remain eating in a surplus at this time.
 
Oh yeah I would continue my surplus all the way through PCT. I remember my last cycle my maintenance was pretty high 3000+ just to not lose any weight haha!

How ow long would you wait after pct to cut? I just don't wanna lose all my gains haha!!
 
Welcome. It was my sixth cycle. Next one is November 8 and either SDMZ again or just Msten + 4-andro.

With the cutting I never cut that close after a cycle, I'm still bulking right into my next cycle then I'll cut. But what I'm going to do is gradually reduce calories and not be too aggressive with my deficit at first and I'll see how it goes in terms of strength etc.

Lying leg curl: 80x20, 100x15, 110x12

Switching to single leg standing

leg curl 25x15, 50x12, 75x8

Rest day! Noticing increased vascularity from e-control. Really like being all vascular :cool:

Anyone know if M-Sten is same DHT wise as Epi-Andro is? Haven't experienced anything hair loss related from m-sten, but I'm hesitant to try Epi-Andro...
 
I would have no knees left if I got that high on leg extension. At 250, you don't feel knees?

It's not plate loaded so who knows what it really is.. but I think I kind of cheat... my ass comes off the seat and I use my arms a lot to get a lot of leverage...

Sure thing. What's your next cycle? Any plans? In starting one next Saturday. Yay. My lifts have gone down post PCT, not happy but they'll increase in November.

Well I'm on my regular PCT til the end of this week and then continuing with e-control for another 2 weeks... Then, I'm not sure when exactly, I'm gonna start to cut. Depending on how that goes I may give Epi-Andro a try to get really lean but that depends on what I can accomplish natty...

That's what I'm going to use. Epi Andro + Msten.
