thanks for the advice..also do you think it would be a good idea to take anything like creatine monohydrate or IML's nitro 4 with osta rx??
I just came off of an 8 week run of osta rx @ 3 caps ed and used DAA as a mild test booster to help my natty test production when I came off of it. I kept all of my gains and was very happy with my results. Save some $ and dont go overboard with support products. No need for liver support or a serm. Why make your body process extra things that are of little or no benefit at all?
Also, creatine mono will make you retain water and if you want extra water weight then go for it but i prefer controlled labs green magnitude......tastes great and no bloat.
I agree with Biggie here. I always do lots of research prior to taking anything supplement wise. ALL of the studies I have read coincide with the information above. Although if you can provide links to these studies you speak of I would be interested in looking them over.

bloods show lowered HDL, elevated liver enzymes, and shutdown. I'll grab another log that shows this later.
Tony,
Thanks for the post but when I refer to studies I mean controlled scientific studies of test subjects taking ostarine only. Way too much bro-science involved in logs on forums and people rarely are taking only 1 supplement at a time so whos to say what is really responsible for any sides that occur. Interesting log though. I have no doubt that there is slight suppression at higher doses but not enough to even remotely cause the need for a serm to recover. I am also aware that it can affect lipid levels to some degree but this guys levels seem quite a bit more extreme than I would have expected. Also he didnt really state which ostarine he was taking. There are plenty of questionable sarms available on research sites. Everyone is different though and I suppose liver support is never a bad idea. Good luck with your run Tony. Im following your log.
