Hey guys. I will be starting my first ever cycle tomorrow as I have pretty much all my needed products except I haven't received my second bottle of 4 Andro yet which really isn't a big deal since I will not be using 4 andro until the start of my 3rd week and finish it off at my 6th week.
This will be a 6 week run followed by my PCT.
My cycle will look like something of the sort:
Weeks 1-6
Epi-tren 3 caps daily(2AM/1PM) I may bump it to 4 caps
Advanced Cycle Support 2 caps daily
Weeks 3-6
4 Andro 3/4 caps Daily (2AM/2PM)
Weeks 7-10: Nolvadex @ 20 mg/daily.
weeks 7-10: ACS @ 2 caps daily
Weeks 8-11: E-Control @ 3 caps/daily (before bed).
I am wanting to gain 8-15lbs honestly which I hope isn't unrealistic for a first cycle and shed some fat possibly. My question is does this look like proper dosing for 4 andro and what should be an idea of my diet to do this?
height: 5'10"
weight: 175-177lbs fluctuates
My current ratio for macros is
carbs:338
protein: 275
fats: 50
2902 calories right now. Will up the calories slowly to limit fat gain since I actually want to lose body fat while gaining some size.
Ill post a couple of my stats real quick. Just what I feel most determined to beat especially since I have been working out only for 2.5 years really and only 1.5 as steady as I should have.
Incline dumbbell press- 90lbs for 6
Flat db - 100lbs for 6 or 110 for 3
military shoulder press 135lbs for 6
decline hammer press - 3 plates each side for 8
squat - 275 for 5 ( before I cut and I want to surpass this by several reps or more weight )
deadlift I have no idea
flat bb- 210 for 4 (shoulders have been a problem which is why I can't do bb often)
incline bb - 185 for 5
leg press - 918lbs
leg ext - 190 for 6
leg curl 130 for 6
skullcrusher- 95lbs for 6
vbar ext- almost maxing out the machine for 8
Lat pull down- 160 for 6
My routine will be this:
chest/back - mass/volume
legs
shoulders/arms
rest
chest/back - contraction/progression
legs
shoulders/arms
I personally respond better to this than I have to a classic bodybuilder split. I also love PHAT by Layne Norton. The classic bb split has caused me to hardly gain the weight/strength even when consuming a 700kcal surplus.
If I had the chance I would have logged msten which is what I really want to do but I just didn't have the funds to add it to this. Maybe next cycle (After December)
