Halo/Cyanostane 6 Week Stack

Thanks brother. I am loving all of the IML products so far! My original DMZ cycle was amazing and I am really digging this current Halo/Cyano cycle. I just got two bottles of DMZ 2.0 for some future fun :) Thanks for following along!
 
Hey Heavy, how does the Cyano/Halo stack compare to the original DMZ in terms of hardness/vascularity response? The orginal DMZ was pretty sweet and I have yet to use the Halo/Cyano stack...do you have any experience with this?

One more thing brother. I'm not a show competitor or anything like that but here's my opinion for you. Use the DMZ for off season bulking and use the Halo/Cyano for a killer contest prep. You will come out incredibly vascular and hard for your shows. As always, see what Master Heavy says as well :D
 
Hit arms on Friday. Can't believe how hard and pumped they get on this Halo/Cyano combo. My body stays hard 24/7, absolutely love it. My wife won't shut up about it.

Hit Hams and Cardio on Saturday. Just wasn't feeling it. Pretty beat from a long work week. Not a bad workout, but definitely not 100% I'm really going to try to kick it into overdrive for these last two weeks on cycle. Looking forward to seeing how the Cyano finishes off this stack.

Today was a rest day. Love my cheat meal day as well!

Hit Quads, Calves, and Abs yesterday. My lower back started hurting a lot in the middle of my routine so I cut out the squats. Feels fine today thankfully. I added IML Multi Rx to my supplement list :) I love everything else I've taken from IML so I figured I'd give their multi a go.

Hit Delts and Lats today. I still can't believe how hard/vascular I am throughout the day, but man it gets intense during my workouts. I've enjoyed the Halo so far but I am really digging this Cyano.
 
I forgot to mention that I'm now over a month into this cycle and I have had absolutely zero sides so far.

Yup, Halo/Cyano is a nice, clean stack.
 
Hit arms tonight. Insane pumps. Best yet on this stack. Felt exactly like the pumps on my original DMZ cycle. Skin tearing and painful, in a good way :D
 
Hit Pecs and Traps today. Bad news though.... Pulled something in my back while re-racking a dumbbell after some shrugs. Tried to push through the workout then got wise and decided it wouldn't be a good idea. I don't think it's anything major, but it's definitely killing me tonight. Bummed because my second leg day of the week is supposed to be tomorrow and that has a couple dead lift exercises. Hopefully I'll be healed up by Monday, we'll see how I feel in the morning.

I'm up a little over 5lbs now on this stack. Not bad for eating just slightly over my maintenance. I've probably said this a dozen times but I love the hardness/vascularity from the Cyano. I'm very curious to see what my body fat did over this stack.

Feel better, man! Try some Icy Hot on the affected area, and pop some extra fish oil for the anti-inflammatory properties. And don't worry, I repeat myself all the time about the Cyano effects!

Thanks brother, I appreciate it. I've got some Biofreeze that I'm using and I've been laying on the couch all day with the heating pad. Didn't think about fish oil. I'm gonna take some extra now.
 
Still taking it easy for the weekend just trying to heal up my back. I'm thinking if I feel good I'll end up doing arms tomorrow instead of Quads. We'll see.

Feels good to not work out for a few days but somehow still stay super hard and vascular. Love this stuff :D
 
Hit Arms and Cardio today. I jumped on the scale today and I'm up a total of 8lbs on this stack. I didn't see much weight gain on just the Halo, but the Cyano is definitely adding some lbs. Not bad considering I'm eating only 20carbs over my maintenance. I can't wait to find out my body fat at the end of this stack.

Today I stripped the weights down significantly and really focused on solid stretching/contractions. Best pump I've had so far on this stack. Skin tearing pumps in my biceps!
 
its all about the contractions! now still being able to lift heavy and make the muscles contract fully is where the sweetspot is. Currently doing that i believe. Keep killin it bro

Good to hear, eager to start my stack! I've quite literally had a pump that tore open a scar on my bicep... I now try to avoid having my skin that tight. lol Keep hittin it hard brother

Just gonna hit abs and cardio today. Let my body rest a bit. I really killed it this week so far and I want to let it recover. Picked up a bottle of Pyro to try out :D
 
Hit Lats and Delts today. Felt really good and finished up with cardio. One more workout tomorrow before my cycle is over. Looking forward to posting final results on Monday!
 
FINAL RESULTS:

Weight: Start-160lbs Finish-166lbs Increased 6lbs
Body fat: Start-7% Finish- 6% Decreased 1%
Strength: Mild increase in strength in all lifts.

I'm going to post a review in the Supplements and Pro Hormone section. Thanks to everyone who followed along!! Let me know if you have any questions. I was super pleased with this cycle!
