Hey i'm starting a cycle in 2 weeks. Just wondering if anyone can tell me what the strength gains are like off halo when used as a bulk, from experiance? and when to expect them? Thanks
I am into end of week 1. Muscle got harder, strength finally felt stronger today. So even more motivated to push harder on the irons. Gained 1kg!! Whoa!! Yet to find out end of week 2 onwards.
