hi guys i have been training for over 15 years but nothing really crazy..now iam on my first cycle of just osta rx for 8 weeks,3 caps per day.. my goal is to gain clean muscle say 10 lbs and lose a little fat around my waist..my workouts are great, no problem but the diet is the problem..Iam not sure if i should be eating more or eating less..right now here is a e.g of my day if iam working...
5:30 1 pack off instand oatmeal and a protein shake
9:30 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg= 4 total on 2 multi grain pieces of bread and a protein shake and 1 small no fat yogart..
12:30 12" roasted chicken sub from subway on flat bread or whole wheat bread with all veggies on it .eg. tomato,letttuce,onion,olives,green pepper.etc,and i get little chilote sauce on it...apple,and sometimes i eat some baked plain chips.( i know this is bad) ha ha
another meal could be the same as above but replace the sub for a lean cuisine frozen entress.chicken rice, penne pasta..
4:00 handfull of almonds,protein shake,apple or small yogart..
7:00 finished work
7:30 go to gym train 1 body part till 8:15
8:30 eat what my wife had for dinner..pasta some times...or 4 chicken fingers.. chicken cutlet and rice and protein shake.....
10:00 bed...
is this good? please give a better e.g what to eat..thanks..
