help with osta rx diet..

hi guys i have been training for over 15 years but nothing really crazy..now iam on my first cycle of just osta rx for 8 weeks,3 caps per day.. my goal is to gain clean muscle say 10 lbs and lose a little fat around my waist..my workouts are great, no problem but the diet is the problem..Iam not sure if i should be eating more or eating less..right now here is a e.g of my day if iam working...
5:30 1 pack off instand oatmeal and a protein shake

9:30 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg= 4 total on 2 multi grain pieces of bread and a protein shake and 1 small no fat yogart..

12:30 12" roasted chicken sub from subway on flat bread or whole wheat bread with all veggies on it .eg. tomato,letttuce,onion,olives,green pepper.etc,and i get little chilote sauce on it...apple,and sometimes i eat some baked plain chips.( i know this is bad) ha ha
another meal could be the same as above but replace the sub for a lean cuisine frozen entress.chicken rice, penne pasta..

4:00 handfull of almonds,protein shake,apple or small yogart..

7:00 finished work
7:30 go to gym train 1 body part till 8:15
8:30 eat what my wife had for dinner..pasta some times...or 4 chicken fingers.. chicken cutlet and rice and protein shake.....
10:00 bed...
is this good? please give a better e.g what to eat..thanks..
 
Height ...weight...age..with that info I can tell you...for sure imo the gap between meal #3 with only a few nuts and protein shake is too long prior to training...by the time 7pm hits your body is starting to run on empty....

try this:
cals 2792 a day
daily:
carbs-254g
protein-235g
fat-92g

per meal(6 meals a day)
carbs-42g
protein-40g
fat-16g

you can go on one of those calorie counter sites and figure out what food and amounts fit into that plan..

i will be finished this 8 week cycle of osta rx in march 30..then i will run ultra male for 30 days... on may 1st i was thiking of starting a 2nd cycle of m-sten stack ...M-STEN Rx - 2 caps daily (1 cap taken two times daily)
4-Andro Rx - 2 caps daily
Ultra Male Rx - 1 cap daily
Advanced Cycle Support Rx - 2 caps daily

LAST 4 WEEKS:
Ultra Male Rx - 1 cap daily
Advanced Cycle Support Rx - 2 caps daily
E-Control Rx - 3 caps daily




it is only a 4 week cycle...is 4 weeks long enough? and will this be ok for a 2nd cycle?

Thanks I want to put in size 10lbs (lean muscle) ..will this m-sten cycle be able to do that?. I cant decide between m sten cycle or 6 weeks of halo exreme stacked with epi andro… what would produce better results… thanks for your help…
 
I would choose the Msten because it kicks in a lot faster and is a better compound
