hey guys its been a while but i finally ordered the new 2.0 DMZ. it was worth the wait kuz DMZ by it self is decent. im in the middle of my PCT from ASN's DMZ so in bout 4 weeks ill log everything from weight to diet to lifting routine...anyways DMZ by itself i only gained 4.5 pounds at 3 caps(on wrkout days) and 2caps(on non trainning days)(super DMZ old one gave be 10 pounds) but i AM fuller and stronger no doubt. so im exicted to see if this 2.0 will yield me greater results n both strength and lean mass gain. my diet is to the T when on cycle. not even a cheat day(hell i can live 30 days without a cheat day lol) but anyways this will be my 3rd super DMZ cycle but first with 2.0. ok so in case ur wondering heres my stats
male, 28 years old(on the 9th
im 6 foot 3 inches current weight as of today 220.1 pounds at currently 9.7% bf according to the digital bf calculator. liftin 2 years strong
meals wise i eat about 5.5 pounds of chicken breast a week and 3 pounds lean beef steak, brown rice for my complex carbs, and 16oz of broccoli a day along with a protein shake and or protein bar and 4-5 tbs of all Natural peanut butter for healthy fats. at least 3-3200 cals a day i try to hit give or take a couple hundrand cals..lol..ill count them to make sure...but anyways....
routine: Monday Chest n tris n calves
Tuesday: Back n bi's
Wednesday: Legz n calves
Friday: Shoulders n calves
Saturday: Arms
bout 2 hrs n the gym each time goin Intense as hell along with 20-30min low intense cardio
u think 2.0 will like this routine n diet? share ur thoughts. i love to hear advice and opinions
