Hello everyone, I am new here and wanted to say hello and post my upcoming log that will inevitably go on my website. Osta-Rx is already ordered and just awaiting its arrival to start is as a bridge.

Age= 25
height= 5'6"
weight 180
quality of weight= striations in shoulders, arms, quads.. but still have my trouble areas = stomach/love handle

Experience= Lifting on and off since 2006 but it was lifting wrong, bad form, no diet, terrible advice. pretty much just fitness to fit into smaller clothes but looked like crap with the clothes off. I didnt start bodybuilding till march 2011 and it is a calculated program with 3x volume days 1x heavy day/ per muscle group a month. which i save my heavy week for the last week of the month. Proper macro dieting has been since march 2011 as well.

Current Status= In Off Season bulk while lowering bf%

Proteins came from egg whites, sometimes yolks, tilapia, chicken breast, lean cuts of beef

Fats were from the meat itself. When I needed to up the fat to make sure I arrived at caloric intake maximums I use olive oil and flax oil. (Fat from fish oil was not calculated into the diet.)

Thanks HeavyIron. Considering my training experience. I knew there would be a chance that more expierence people would think i wasnt doing things correctly.. so i always try to be as complete as possible. keeps me on track too.

Yup, keeping a training and nutrition journal is good for motivation and seeing your gains not to mention it can be quite revealing showing you where you may not be eating enough.
 
Thats a serious in detail log...question...why not move traps and calves into one of other days and take a day off...6 days ew is a bit much and could lead to cns suppresion/overtraining...espc since your carb intake isnt very high....just an idea...

thought about it before because of simplicity,, traps and calves are my absolute least favorite workouts because i find them so boring. and about the cns/overtraining issue,, when i was CKDing last cut my carbs were zero till my refeed on the 10th day for 48 hours. i never had my muscles get smaller or felt fatigued anything like that at all. so with this one I am having more carbs and also more protein, less fat than previous dieting. I should also add that i get 8-10 hours of sleep a night EVERYNIGHT :) I dont drink, smoke, soda, anything.

last year i started with 5x5's and i didnt like that i was getting stronger, but size wasnt changing. i switched to lower weight volume training (with the last week of every month being a heavy low rep week) and it seems to be what my body is responding to, atleast for right now.

Not sure if is just coincidental that the day after i read "in clinical trials, one of the only possible side effects of mk-2866, ostarine, is diarehha" ...because i am updating this post from the bathroom... but i will say,,, im making some of the funniest sounds ive heard in a very very long time... no stomach pain,, just a watery hot mess...

Welcome to the forums buddy its a great pleasure to have you here!Nice log very detailed you should pack on some nice muscle AI good luck I'm in for the ride!One question tho AI why so much work sets ansd excercises for all your body parts do you like high volume?Cause myself I tend to grow easily with Dorian Yates style just hit it HARD with extra forced reps and heavy weights for just a few sets then off to my next exercise and I love to super set alot and best of all Im in and out of the gym in 45 minutes!GOD BLESS!!!

i find i get more muscle growth through finding the pump ie: volume workouts instead of lifting weights,, im not too proud to stuff my ego down the drain and set down the 50's and pick up 20/25's and do bicep curls as strict as possible,, and then maybe throw in some cheat curls with some momentum..

i never usually do less than 6-8 reps on a heavy day and then volume days i stick with 8-12 reps. and some bodyparts respond through ultra high reps so its 20.

For my 2013 debut season for Michigan BBing, I am having PJ Braun train me most likely starting january as long as i can save up enough by then.
 
Instead of working out this evening like usual, i had to do it before work because this whole weekend I have my motorcycle endorsement class.. and i didnt feel like working at 10pm when i get home.

pj is a good prep guy....and he is affordable...

I've dealt with other trainers in the past and I just never clicked with them. So I fired them. PJ I've really clicked with and personality wise we are similar. And I've interviewed a lot of his clients for articles on my website and they have nothing negative to say.

OK something is happening lol. Test has risen. I've been riding bikes all weekend. No workout yesterday. And I cannot stop thinking about f***Ingram my wife like constantly. I didn't even think about this much while I was on S-drol

Your phone just changed the word to something that it recognized. my phone does that sometimes with words that it doesn't know.

So I passed my motorcycle safety foundation course. $25 in Michigan lol. After I had a tricep and biceps workout. I took it alittle light this time because of my odd eating schedule this weekend. Bathroom fun have started to firm up.

Watching south park and eating my last chicken and sesame Ezekiel bread for the night.

Tonight is my chest workout. really excited about it since ive finally found all the angles at which to hit all the target muscles for MY body. Men in my family usually have very lacking chests.. which is why i strive for the most correct form and actually feeling it in the target muscle. I make sure the reason i dont grow sometimes arent because of me :-p genetic wise,, im predestined to hold fat very easily. structure wise though, i believe i am a endo-meso.. shape wise my muscle bellies are round and respond well to volume training. i have to make sure to keep cheats to a minimum. cardio wise,, this body doesnt not feel like it was built for extended periods of cardio.. i can keep up on the stairclimber,, but treadmill or elliptical i just get winded crazy fast. side note, pct is over and now i am strictly on osta-rx and my baselines seem to be back to normal if not higher than normal,, the last couple days i have been having a greasy face more often (even though i wash in the morning and am in air conditioning all day at work) we'll see though.
 
I feel like its alot harder to keep acne under control right now. My forehead and shoulders seem to be the worst areas. Which is weird because I don't even get acne on superdrol.

Today is my Anabolic Birthday... turned 26.. celebrated it by buying 3x10ml Test E 250 :) gotta stock up for next cycle later in the year.

One year exact bicep difference. Crappy first picture but I remember barely having a peak and little thickness. My tricep size has increased greatly. I would say better than my bicep. Last year I didn't have horseshoes and this year I do.
