So Im going into week 3 of my first cycle of super dmz and I gotta say I love the results so far. I'm trying to eat as clean as possible but as a chef its hard. I try to reach my weight in grams of protein (which is about 200) but i still have a lot of stubborn belly fat that just doesn't seem to go away fast enough lol. I have noticed some changes but i was wondering if its the Super DMZ that's doing it or is it the diet or combination of both. I just sucks when i'm at the gym my physique looks great all except my belly area. can someone help me out with some advice and/or pointers?

More cardio and look into carb cycling.

Nutrition and training drive results not the drugs brother.

By increasing your overall mass you'll burn more calories, that being said if your looking to expedite the process you need to increase your cardio by almost double. Easier said than done of course. Carb cycling is great also, gets your metabolism all fired up.

OK so I'm gonna try to do more cardio and I'm thinking of doing it after my lifting to conserve the energy for lifting. Also I looked into Carb Cycling and im a bit confused on the scheduling......different websites have different schedules and im not sure if i should just alternate the day or pair them up like i've seen..plus wont the no carb day hinder with my protein shakes?

there is several schools of thought in carb cycling just like anyother kind of diet...but the basic concept is to choose certain days(most likely 2) per week and keep those the same for your carb days....ao say monday/thursday....as for your protien shake on non carb days you will need a whey isolate for those days....

I eat lean meats (a little less than 200g)......complex carbs.......2 shakes a day containing 1% milk a banana with a yogurt or peanut butter (one after workout and one before bed) and i drink crystal light and water all day......plus i keep my fat intake between 5-10g per meal........i'm thinking my diet and nutrition are fine at this point.......plus i eat every 2.5 to 3 hours

Looks like your headed down the right path.

OK......that's just what i needed to hear to reassure me...................with so many thoughts and opinions about dieting out there, its hard to decide which is right for me and my goals
