So Im going into week 3 of my first cycle of super dmz and I gotta say I love the results so far. I'm trying to eat as clean as possible but as a chef its hard. I try to reach my weight in grams of protein (which is about 200) but i still have a lot of stubborn belly fat that just doesn't seem to go away fast enough lol. I have noticed some changes but i was wondering if its the Super DMZ that's doing it or is it the diet or combination of both. I just sucks when i'm at the gym my physique looks great all except my belly area. can someone help me out with some advice and/or pointers?
