Does it matter if you take Super DMZ before your workout or after? Or does it not matter at all, as long as you take it?
I am a busy full time college student with a job that prevents me from being able to get a good meal in before my workout. I usually work out after I get off work which is about 10 pm. I want to be able to take SDMZ with a proper meal so I was just wondering if it would be okay to take it post workout.
