Biggie nailed it bro. Try and get organic or natural peanut butter as they regular stuff has too much sugar and bad crap in it that I think is toxic to your body IMO.

Tear it up bro!

I will update tomorrow. Tonight is grocery store and lots of food preparation

Looks good bro! I'd save the creatine for PCT. I also think your gonna need some food instead of shakes.

6:30 Whey Protein / Super DMz
7:30 6 Eggwhites (2Whole Eggs) / Oatmeal
9:30 2 cans of Tuna
12:30 5-7oz Chicken Breast / 1/2 cup Rice or 4oz Sweet Potato/ Advanced Cycle
2:30 5oz Chicken / Vegetables
5:00 Peanut Butter Sandwich / Almonds / Fruit/ Super Dmz (im guessing this is your pre-workout meal?
6:45 Post Workout Shake
7:45 6oz Top Round Steak / 1/2 White or Brown Rice or 4oz Sweet Potato
9:45 5-7oz Chicken or @ cans of tuna/ Vegetables
10:30 1cup Non Fat Greek Yogurt (chobani) (you can add your protein powder here if you would like)

This is prob right around 3200cal. You would want to add in about 1-2 tbl spoons of olive oil or coconut oil when cooking the chicken. I use Pam spray since im trying to cut but you need good fats and the natural peanut butter or almond butter unsalted are both suppliers of good fats as well.

You don't wanna eat oatmeal or carbs before bedtime. If your trying put on 20lbs of muscle, you would need to up the cal to 4000 per day. Hope this helps.

You can add Lean Turkey burgers or Lean ground beef instead of some chicken or steak if you get tired of eating it. Just make sure the intake of protein is similar to the meal your substituting. You dont have to do what i had up above but what i do advice is that you up your calorie and protein intake with whole foods and during pct you can eat 4 whole eggs as cholesterol has been shown to boost some natty test in some cases as I've read here on IML.

Thanks for the input guys. Figured I would throw a beginning photo up here... this one was for the ladies at the same time so don't knock it.

will be following!

Imho 20lbs of lean mass is unrealistic. Especially in a 4wk cycle. It's great to set your sights high, I do myself, but honestly, realistically, you're looking at best a 8lb LEAN MASS gain. That's if you're a genetic freak and everything goes perfectly in the short 4wk cycle. Even 5lbs of straight lean dry muscle would be an incredible achievement for only 4wks of time!

I like that you're including creatine whilst on cycle. It will really help with shuttling nutrients to your muscles and can also effectively alleviate annoying pumps as well as taurine, water, and baby aspirin.

Attached at the bottom is a good macronutrient split between you're Rest days and Workout Days to help you gain as much lean mass as possible.

Best of luck on your cycle brother, I'll be following along.

Biggie nailed it bro. Try and get organic or natural peanut butter as they regular stuff has too much sugar and bad crap in it that I think is toxic to your body IMO.
My Jif peanut butter doesn't seem to have too much sugar in it, only 1.5g sugar per 95 calorie tbsp. ;)

I use the Jif all natural PB. I like it.

Figured it was time for another update. I started on Friday and weighed myself today, I'm at 184, and feel great. My workouts are intense and I feel like my arms are rock hard. I have noticed, I sweat like crazy in the gym since taking this, but haven't seen any side effects after about a week. I can't wait to get deeper into this cycle, so far so good.
