Apetite is nonexistent this morning... Not sure why. Maybe it's this gross cafeteria food, maybe I my insides burst squatting today, lol!

Day 28! Legs

Barbell squat:45x20, 115x15, 135x10, 205x8, 225x5, 315x.25 (didn't go very low lol) - Just wanted to try it, not sure I went very far at all but meh at least I got to feel it out
Hack squat:60x20, 110x15, 130x10, 160x8, 180x8
Lying leg curl:70x20, 80x15, 100x12, 110x8, 115x8
Leg extension:145x20, 155x15, 175x12, 190x10, 205x8
 
Day 29

Decided to DL one last time while on cycle and went for a new PR 405! and this was at the end of my workout as well. Also PR'd decline bench at 225!! Been wanting to hit 225 forever! (since I hit 135 lol :P) Going to end up getting a BF test on monday through the Bod Pod method. Gonna see how much LBM I have to see how long of a cut i'll eventually need.

So if tomorrow my last day on, and Saturday I begin PCT so I should use the Nolva Saturday night correct? Pop the UM in the morning with my multi's? Followed by my ACS and then just hit up the Nolva and call it a day?


Decline bench:
95x12, 135x12, 155x8, 185x5, 225x1

Thanks guys!! Been making me feel so good all day mentally and physically! I really want to be able to keep my bench gains! Gonna keep the weight heavy all the way through pct and hope for the best

Only thing I've kind of messed up was keeping my food intake high. I felt really bloated that one week so I hadn't been eating as much as I would have liked to... My highest on so far was 217... These last couple of days I've been sub 210 in the morning and then hovering around 210 at night. :(

So today was the day. Last day on cycle of m-sten and 4 andro. I've stayed at 2 caps daily of both. Killed shoulders/bi/tri/trap/forearms in the gym today for 3 hours like it was nothing. Superset my bi's and tri's today for another glorious pump. I found out theres some sort of open novice competition in March in the town where I'm at college, so I may try and do that >.> Also was talking with one of the guys at the gym and he's participating in a pro qualifier here in town in November. I'm going to go and watch that to see what the physique guys look like in person.

Behind neck shoulder press:
85x12, 95x10, 100x8, 100x8, 105x8, 110x5

Arnold Press:

Side lateral raise:

Just did some barbell forearm wrist curls for forearms and 135 135 185 185 225 for my shrugs.
 
Now it's time to have a productive post-cycle! Keep the cals high, the weights heavy, and get enough rest...no more 3 hr gym sessions, lol!

is the 3 hours bad? I only did 3 exercises of 5 sets each for each body part! Plus the bis/tris don't wear me out that much lol

It's more than likely ok ON cycle cause of the shorter recovery time but off cycle for me, it's excessive.

You want to stay in an anabolic state during PCT. That includes eating in a surplus, getting enough rest and shorter training sessions as ebfitness recommended. And of course your PCT which you are all set!

1 more question.. Is it better to take both UM and SERM at night? Was browsing forums and came across someone saying that..

Also now that I'm in PCT should I not lift 6 days a week anymore?

Taking both at night is fine.You could still work out 6 days a week, but wrap up your session within an hr, and get enough sleep and cals.

I'm not gonna grow boobs or anything from not taking anything for 24 hours right :P Since last m sten 4 andro was las night?

Why so long. 12 weeks total?

Cycle was 4 weeks
------------------------------

PCT is 4 weeks

Another 4 weeks off

= 8 weeks

Unless you want additional time off which is your preference of course. But you could start another cycle in 8 weeks.

Just took my Nolva and UM! Ahh the gross taste of liquid Nolva! Nothing like it! Did legs today and loved every second of it, squatting heavy is so oddly soothing haha!

Barbell squat:
45x20, 115x15, 135x10, 185x8, 225x5, 275x3

Hack squat:
60x20, 110x15, 160x10, 180x8, 190x8

Lying leg curls:
70x20, 90x15, 100x12, 110x9, 115x8

Leg extensions:

Seated calf:
90x25, 90x25, 90x25, 90x25, 90x20 (outside of mid calf hurting on left leg..?) / kind of gets really tight lol
