Decided to DL one last time while on cycle and went for a new PR 405! and this was at the end of my workout as well. Also PR'd decline bench at 225!! Been wanting to hit 225 forever! (since I hit 135 lol) Going to end up getting a BF test on monday through the Bod Pod method. Gonna see how much LBM I have to see how long of a cut i'll eventually need.
So if tomorrow my last day on, and Saturday I begin PCT so I should use the Nolva Saturday night correct? Pop the UM in the morning with my multi's? Followed by my ACS and then just hit up the Nolva and call it a day?

There's still time to eat during PCT...gotta keep dem gainzzz!Only thing I've kind of messed up was keeping my food intake high. I felt really bloated that one week so I hadn't been eating as much as I would have liked to... My highest on so far was 217... These last couple of days I've been sub 210 in the morning and then hovering around 210 at night.![]()
Now it's time to have a productive post-cycle! Keep the cals high, the weights heavy, and get enough rest...no more 3 hr gym sessions, lol!
It's more than likely ok ON cycle cause of the shorter recovery time but off cycle for me, it's excessive.is the 3 hours bad? I only did 3 exercises of 5 sets each for each body part! Plus the bis/tris don't wear me out that much lol

Taking both at night is fine.You could still work out 6 days a week, but wrap up your session within an hr, and get enough sleep and cals.1 more question.. Is it better to take both UM and SERM at night? Was browsing forums and came across someone saying that..Also now that I'm in PCT should I not lift 6 days a week anymore? Chest/backshoulder/bi/trilegs^2 x a week

Why so long. 12 weeks total?I still gotta do my 4 weeks of PCT brotha then another 8 weeks off! I'm going to have to figure out a good cutting stack. Never attempted a cut with PH's before...
