lean hard mass stack????

hey all im new here i like what i have seen about the iron mag labs supps.
ok what im trying to do is make a stack that will be a very that will be a lean mass and hard look. with out haveing a ton of water weight and a lot of sides. right now i am on a 2200 cal diet. trying to lose as much as i can before winter. i want to add good lean mass as im dieting. any ideals thanks all.

im 6'2 258 lbs im on a very clean 2200cal a day diet doing 3 miles a day on tread mile at 3.1 mph.have droped 10 lbs in past 2 weeks. i have a cycle of halo plex by rock hard supp's but have not run them. thinking i want to run a iron mag labs...

I recommend a cyclogenic diet for best results with this stack. It works best if you have 2-3 REST days per week.

On WORKOUT days, you will consume moderate protein of approximately 1.50g/lb of lbm, and a high carbohydrate intake of approximate 2g/lb of lbm, while consuming a low intake of healthy fats of only about 0.50g/lb of lbm.

thanks. right now im doing 2 lbs of chicken breast no skin grilled a day and a 59 gram protein shake at night for bed time aftter work out.

I hope that is not what your entire diet consists of. The chicken amounts to approx 1000 calories with 200g of protein. So you're doing pretty good on getting your protein intake, but what about fats and carbs?

If you'd like, I'll post my cutting diet, and you may edit it however you'd like to best fit your needs and meet your goals. If you need any help with that, just let me know. I'm here to help. ;)

I's approximately 4200calories 500g Protein 360g Carbs 85g Fats

Meal 1 75g protein, 60carbs
Meal 2 75g protein, 60 carbs
Meal 3 75gprotein, 60carbs
Meal 4 75g protein, 60carbs
Meal 5 75g protein, 60 carbs
Postworkout 60g waxymaize 60g whey protein
+ 1 65g whey shake during the day

All meet requirements for protein or carb servings:
PROTEIN:
11-12oz chicken
13oz tilapia
10-11oz ground turkey
10oz tuna
13oz shrimp
16oz egg whites (this is 50g protein)
1 meal may occasionally be substituted for a meal replacement shake of (3oz dry oats, 75g whey protein, water, 20 raw almonds)

CARBS:
9-10oz rice
10oz sweet potato
3oz dry oats
9oz banana
8oz acai berries

FATS: (1tbsp w/ ea carb serving)
Fats 70-85g per day
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp UDOS's oil
1 tbsp almond oil
1 tbsp macadamia nut oil
1 tbsp grape seed oil

VEGGIES: 4 cups of broccoli/greenbeans/asparagus/spinach/onions/peppers/mushrooms per day

Okay I gotcha.. at first I was thinking you must be in really deep ketosis. lol

I think Lean Fuel Extreme would give you a good boost in the direction you're heading. We also have new, strong thermogenic product called Pyro Rx which will be available in the next few weeks. I personally can't wait to try it, as I see the ingredient list looks to be very appealing - I have high hopes.

If you feel yourself getting weak, you may want to consider cycling your carbs up and down between workout days and rest days. I find that works very well for me when I cut to help me maintain or even gain strength - and I never have that awful feeling of lethargy.

The fats are a little low, but depending on how many fish oils you take per day, those add to your fat intake as well. I usually take 15-20g/day as I find them very beneficial for joint health.

I wouldn't recommend ever letting your fat intake slip below 25g or you may run into hormonal problems. Same for carbs, don't let your carb intake slip below about 80g per day as they are essential to keep your brain operating normally.
 
i have thought about kicking my tread mill time up 2 a extra 30 min. im doing a fat killer program on my tread mill, im knocking out a bout 260's cal every 30 min. at 3.1 to 3.2 mph walking speed.
