Prohormones and HIIT training??? Thoughts???

I would love to get your thoughts and advise on taking PH's and using HIIT/Crossfit methods of training???

1. Would you advise it??? For / Against.

2. With your heart rate consistently over 150-160 bpm, would PH's create a safety issue???

3. Has anyone used any of these methods while on PH's??? And what were the effects???

4. Or should I just stick with a traditional training program???

I'm planning on running a super dmz/halo stack in about a month. I've recently switched up my entire routine and have been primarily been using these methods of training. Obviously, being safe is my greatest concern.

I appreciate the wealth of knowledge, talent, and years of experience on this forum. I would appreciate any feedback I can get.

As long as you don't have any pre existing medical conditions you will be just fine.

Important info here.

Heart rate sure went higher around 10%+ while running my halo x stack. I do wear a hrm watch, usually my hr during workout is 130. I also felt thirsty easily all the time, which is good. A reminder for u to drink even more h2O.
