Super Dmz is Super Amazing!

Im on day 2 of my Super Dmz stack and i worked back, bi's, and forearms today and i got home and measured my arms and its giving me a pump a half inch bigger that normal. This stuff is amazing! Im working everything twice a week and getting in ATLEAST a pound and a half of clean meat a day. Also taking 2 protein shakes that contains 55 grams a piece. Im hittin it hard and eating right so i think i could see some pretty decent gains off this one. Any advice or tips is definitely welcome here as i want to grow as much as possible. Oh and water intake is around a gallon and a half to two gallons a day
 
I don't think your stack has kicked in yet bro... it's only day 2, but I have no doubt you will have amazing gains on this product. I'm starting next Monday!!!

I dont know man i NEVER see a pump this big and i sure got it today. And nice good luck on yours!

Day two is early but hey If you feel it then you feel it. Super DMZ hits fast I have felt it by day 4 or 5 before. I found the pumps on super DMZ to be so intense it was difficult to work out high reps with arms .

Yea i witnessed that today. About an hour an a half after my workout i went to scratch the back of my neck and my arm locked up like ive done to many reps or somethin. but it was just weird cause it was so long after my workout? when i straightened it out its like you could see the bi and forearm pop back into place. ive had it happen after doin alot of reps "during" my workout but not after. Owell. my food and water is up so ill just make sure i stretch more or somethin.
 
I've always felt DMZ by the end of the first week. We all react a bit different to each compound.
 
Sdmz is an amazing product and like neck at the end of week one I can begin to see and feel the results.
 
Thats good to know. im already goin up some in strength. Whats crazy is last week 22-29 i was on vacation and worked out 0 times so i thought i was gonna have a rough start but day 1 i was lifting my normal weight and yesterday and today ive actually went up a little bit. esp on leg press. but just wanted to see what yall think of this routine..

Monday- Chest, Tris, and Abs

Tuesday-Back, Bis, and forearms

Wednesday- Legs, Shoulders, and Abs

Thursday- Chest and Tris

Friday-Back, Bis, Forearms and abs

Saturday- Legs and Shoulders


I know it only gives me 1 rest day but i get atleast 8-9 hours a night and i have a protein shake as soon as i finish liftin to help recover. But what do yall think?
 
I felt my kick in around day 5ish. If you think you feel it now, just wait until weeks 2-3.
