I must say that I find it quite fascinating that somebody who allegedly did 10 years in prison would talk so much to law enforcement knowing that every single word and every single facial expression, hand gesture, etc will be on video to later be scrutinized by the State and the Court. It is mind boggling to me because as I’m watching the body cam footage of the Wes Watson/Elev8tion Fitness video put out by the great Jon Bravo of Jon Bravo Films.

It seems that Arnold Schwarzenegger is once again in hot water with the fitness community. But then again being in hot water is something that The Oak is quite familiar with. We mustn’t forget that this is a guy that has been at a war of words with the current President of the United States for well over a decade. He was a bitter rival during his first term and he is an even more bitter rival during his second term. Marc Lobliner is one of the most recognizable fitness industry icons in the world. He has been making YouTube videos since YouTube wasn’t even in the conversation for most influencers. Even the term influencer is somewhat novel when you think about how long this individual has been hammering away putting out original content into the social media spheres of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and others. He is not the typical troublemaker or clickbait aficionado, either. Rather, he is someone that tells it like it is. Whether it’s about mainstream politics, supplementation, or as it turns out in this case, industry happenings.

The fitness and bodybuilding industry used to be about building strength, endurance, and overall well-being. It was about pushing limits naturally, fueling the body with proper nutrition, and training with intensity and purpose. But somewhere along the way, things took a dark turn.

Alright folks so this is a very interesting question that has never really been posed in the sport of bodybuilding before. I mean certainly, we have talked about uncrowned champions and we have talked about fantasy comparisons and that sort of thing. All of which has been largely fan-based and limited to the message boards and Facebook groups.
