Deako's Journey to Shred!

The thing I hate about it is that I get indecisive and spend more time contemplating and going back and forth... Lol I know my next run will be a lean mass cycle... Since I'll have been dieting since AGES!
I think a lot of us do that...this is the type of shit I think about when I'm trying to sleep at night...or running late for work in the morn. ("I know I'm late for work...but what about my gains?!")

So true, I swear all I think about anymore is my current cycle and how to make it the best possible and little tweaks. I learned SO much tho from constantly researching and from IML's forum. Its been awesome, I love learning.

This is the one learning that I DO like to do! Lol

I think about what my schedule is at work so I know when I can squeeze meals in... IMPORTANT THINGS lol

Dinner tonight! Egg whites plus some foliage! Side of almonds, and a diet dr pepper! Yum!

Sounds good; I'll have that tonight...with my pizza. :D

This may have just convinced me tren/andro is the way to go for a cut if you have your diet in check

Yup!!! It is!... my diet has been in check, supps in check, cardio in check... and look at the results!!! I am still not satisifed tho! well, I am satisfied with the epitren/epiandro, but I want more! Ya know?

Nothing like almost falling asleep at 730 pm and then in order to stay awake, prep meals for the next 5 days... cooked chicken, rice in the rice cooker, broccoli, pre packed almonds in individual bags, portioned out oats, and portioned out shakes... while cleaning the kitchen during this all!

Fun! ;)

So I regret to inform you, that my epi run ends today... :-( It has been one hell of a ride. From times of shredded confidence, focused energy in the gym, a tough diet and cardio regimen, and a relative lack of sleep, I thoroughly enjoyed this product. I will say this, if there was one thing I DID NOT like, it was the fact that i felt like I could snap at any second, and once I got irritated, it was all down hill... but dealing with that was cake when I was leaning out as i did. Will definitely run this combo again... no complaints and the results show my crazy transformation. thanks IML for the opportunity. Time for some PCT.
