I think a lot of us do that...this is the type of shit I think about when I'm trying to sleep at night...or running late for work in the morn. ("I know I'm late for work...but what about my gains?!")The thing I hate about it is that I get indecisive and spend more time contemplating and going back and forth... Lol I know my next run will be a lean mass cycle... Since I'll have been dieting since AGES!
