epi-tren is by far my favorite IML product and I have had almost all of them
Have fun with that, haha!i am officially eating fish, eggs, and whey as my protein sources... i may add in some chicken and such occasionally, but mainly tuna and tilapia and salmon... if treated right, they all taste amazing!

Yeah, I like things like tilapia and mahi cause they don't taste fishy...of course I only eat them in fish taco form...you enjoy that diet now.Actually, the tilapia tastes pretty damn good, when i season it with garlic powder, onion powder, and italian seasoning cooked on the skillet.

Oh shit, I didn't know Ezekiel made tortillas; we always keep the regular, low-sodium bread in the house...I have to check it out sometime. Btw, next time you're in Columbus, go to Gordon Biersch for their mahi fish tacos. During the Arnold I'm always eating at Gordon Biersch or Ted's Montana across the street...great food.I may have to go get some ezekiel tortilla's and VOILA!... add a lil taco bell fire sauce!

I hear ya, man! We bought it from Wal-Mart once, but it's 10 mins out of our way...and I HATE going in there. Besides, living right by Kroger and with their point system it's a no-brainer.BTW, @EBFitness, your were right about the cookies and cream... I will not try any other flavors... this one hit the spot and I wish I had like 3 more pints, cause I would have devoured em! BTW I found Arctic Zero at Wal-mart... for over a dollar cheaper than Kroger... weird... LOL Ill still by it at Kroger... $1 closer to $.10/gallon of gas! LOL

You can check with your coach, but I would prefer you sticking to the BCAAs pre cardio so as to not miss out on the fasted-state cardio. You're doing more cardio, but it will take you extra time to burn off the shake...that would be my concern. So i loaded up my shit and went and did my 3/3 weekly morning cardio session. This time 45 minutes, medium intensity... per update yesterday. Feel OK right now... tried something a little different today... and may keep it for the morning cardio days. I took my Post workout protein shake, and cut it in half (50g yielding 42g protein to 25g yielding 21g Protein x2) and took one half upon arising... then packed my stuff and went to do cardio, and had my normal meal 1 at normal time... which btw, was 6 egg whites scrambled and cooked via microwave with garlic and onion powder and 4 slices ezekiel toast. Prior, I was mixing a 16 oz monster/rockster Zero calorie (white can) with my IFN Compete and downing that on the way to the gym... I still had the Monster this morning, but without the BCAA's... I seemed to have more energy doing the extra 15 minutes this morning... which is a good thing! So i will have to give it a try again!
