I ran epi ando and epi tren stack earlier this "diet" and got great results... i ran both and double doses...

Now i am only running epi tren and single dose of 3 caps/day... pretty excited to see what it can do to help my physique...

Weighed in at a meek 166.4 lbs this morning... but i tightened up pretty good from last week... which is a plus...

Comparison Shots

These are my 3 shots to my coach... the bottom was today... the top was last Saturday... I am pretty pleased...

my refeed yesterday was so needed! I woke up this morning after 320g of carbs yesterday with a more defined 6-pack and I slept like a baby! back to the low carbs again today! BRING IT PREP!

I got a crazy chest and ab session in this early afternoon... I seriously had a hard time driving cause my chest was so pumped!

i am officially eating fish, eggs, and whey as my protein sources... i may add in some chicken and such occasionally, but mainly tuna and tilapia and salmon... if treated right, they all taste amazing!

Have fun with that, haha!

Actually, the tilapia tastes pretty damn good, when i season it with garlic powder, onion powder, and italian seasoning cooked on the skillet.

Yeah, I like things like tilapia and mahi cause they don't taste fishy...of course I only eat them in fish taco form...you enjoy that diet now. ;)

I may have to go get some ezekiel tortilla's and VOILA!... add a lil taco bell fire sauce!

Feeling good this morning on refeed day 1/2 this week! I love my refeed breakfast... 6 egg whites, and 1.5 cups of brown rice... add some dry seasonings and sooooooo good... This week I am going to be cutting back on the sodium more than last week... slowly reducing it as I was just pounding it before (2 weeks ago)...

Oh shit, I didn't know Ezekiel made tortillas; we always keep the regular, low-sodium bread in the house...I have to check it out sometime. Btw, next time you're in Columbus, go to Gordon Biersch for their mahi fish tacos. During the Arnold I'm always eating at Gordon Biersch or Ted's Montana across the street...great food.

So... for my morning update...

I am feeling VERY run down this morning... yesterday was a refeed... today I woke up ok... hit the treadmill inclined for 30 minutes of M.I.S.S. and almost fell asleep walking... I just downed egg whites and Ezekiel toast with garlic and onion powder and minimal salt, and I am hungry still... BUT WELCOME to PREP right? 3.5 weeks out. Weighed 167.6 this morning, 1.2lbs higher than Saturday... which sounds disappointing, but the only thing that changed was the addition of EPITREN and ACS...

So I am not disappointed by any means... I actually feel like I look pretty good, but who knows... I will either always be good enough, or NEVER be good enough in my eyes.

BTW, @EBFitness, your were right about the cookies and cream... I will not try any other flavors... this one hit the spot and I wish I had like 3 more pints, cause I would have devoured em! BTW I found Arctic Zero at Wal-mart... for over a dollar cheaper than Kroger... weird... LOL Ill still by it at Kroger... $1 closer to $.10/gallon of gas! LOL

Coach increased my cardio from 3-30 minutes medium intensity sessions to 3-45 minute medium intensity sessions... Pumped because I know it ll help me out... not pumped because I am scratching and clawing for energy as it is!

I hear ya, man! We bought it from Wal-Mart once, but it's 10 mins out of our way...and I HATE going in there. Besides, living right by Kroger and with their point system it's a no-brainer. :D

But while we are on this topic... I have to run and get some tomorrow night for Friday!

So i loaded up my shit and went and did my 3/3 weekly morning cardio session. This time 45 minutes, medium intensity... per update yesterday. Feel OK right now... tried something a little different today... and may keep it for the morning cardio days. I took my Post workout protein shake, and cut it in half (50g yielding 42g protein to 25g yielding 21g Protein x2) and took one half upon arising... then packed my stuff and went to do cardio, and had my normal meal 1 at normal time... which btw, was 6 egg whites scrambled and cooked via microwave with garlic and onion powder and 4 slices ezekiel toast. Prior, I was mixing a 16 oz monster/rockster Zero calorie (white can) with my IFN Compete and downing that on the way to the gym... I still had the Monster this morning, but without the BCAA's... I seemed to have more energy doing the extra 15 minutes this morning... which is a good thing! So i will have to give it a try again!

This photo was taken during posing practice last night... I practice everyday post workout trying to nail this art... which... well isnt easy...

You can check with your coach, but I would prefer you sticking to the BCAAs pre cardio so as to not miss out on the fasted-state cardio. You're doing more cardio, but it will take you extra time to burn off the shake...that would be my concern.

Funny thing... he mentioned the shake for caloric energy sake... and i mention BCAA's... and I stuck with BCAA's... and today was my first time trying the latter... I had more energy, but I agree with where you are coming from... decisions decision... LOL
