Things I have noticed from the comparison this week:

My lower abs seem to be tighter (or i shed some fat from there) and same with my pecs... slow slight improvement! I am loving this stack... Half way through tomorrow with 5 weeks from today being vacation! weight was stable from last week at 187, but I am sure that the mid week cheat meal helped keep that up a little bit!

Thanks Man... I am workin my ass off... My buddy is doing a competition in Columbus, Oh in September (bodybuilding), and he thinks I should do the mens physique portion... to cap off my progress... but IDK if i could go another 14+ weeks of dieting....

Yeah, you have to really want it...but nothing makes you get shit done like a deadline, haha!

You are damn right there! I have always wanted to compete, but never had the diet discipline. But I really want to and I'm really considering it.

I mean no it won't help the diet portion ... Lol I read it and realized it sounded bad... Lol

Definitely felt the joint discomfort this morning when I did abs in the AM... not fun... but I hope it was just because i was still a little stiff.

Sorry for the not flipped pics...

Sooo... I am open to opinions here... How long should I wait post 4 week PCT until I start my next round of something?

So if your on for four weeks and ur pct was 4 weeks then wait two months at least before jumping back on

That should work out perfectly with my short term future plans... Now I just have to decide what to run! But I def got plenty of time to think about that!

Thats all I do on downtime is think about my next run
The thing I hate about it is that I get indecisive and spend more time contemplating and going back and forth... Lol I know my next run will be a lean mass cycle... Since I'll have been dieting since AGES!
