Funny thing... he mentioned the shake for caloric energy sake... and i mention BCAA's... and I stuck with BCAA's... and today was my first time trying the latter... I had more energy, but I agree with where you are coming from... decisions decision... LOL

Loose skin is a bitch! You can always wear the board shorts a tad higher in contest to try to mask it.

REFEED DAY! yay! EPI-Tren has made me gain some weight this week... as of this morning, to the tune of like 3 lbs.. but i look tighter that a week ago when I started it... I have pic to go to my coach tomorrow, so that'll prove it!
 
Morning Update...

Today is a Refeed... wahoo! the EPITREN is definitely kicking in... i am very grouchy at night, not just due to the EPItren but the training and lack of cal's... typical contest prep stuff... Wife called me out on being grouchy, and when u are grouchy and someone notices, you get even more grouchy! LOL Hopefully the carb influx will help me mentally and physically for pics to coach in the morning. Keeping my meals the same exactly as lat refeed, just changing up the timing a little... instead of having the cake and ice cream at night, i am going to do that pre-workout... Its the only sugar i will be consuming today, so i want to try and use that for energy for my workout! The meals are all the same too, literally. Egg whites and rice for breakfast, 3 meals of Tuna and 1.5 cups brown rice, 1 shake, and 1 cake and ice cream "dessert," even though the ice cream's main ingredient, is whey protein... LOL

You could try microneedling (dermarolling) there. I know lots of bros who tried it for their loose skin and it restored the collagen tightening up the skin. Takes time but I've seen results with it.

WEight was up again from wednesday. 168.8 this morning... feeling pretty good... ill send some cold turkey pics that i sent to coach this morning... I have to do my weekly posing video with a pump this week, whereas in the past it was cold turkey... so i am pretty curious to see how it comes out...

Coach cut my carbs today on both my normal and refeed days by 20%... not terrible, but still love my carbs so I will miss that 20%... :-( 3 weeks out today!

That's not bad, just think of it as less possible fat and water to hold on to...no biggie. :)

Yea... i am hoping that i continue to slice up! My posing is getting better and with each vid and pics, I learn something new! I just wish the precontest epitren paranoia would go away! lol

All i'm going to say is thank god for MIO... if I didn't have it, it would have been a long prep. LOL
 
Today has been a productive day at work.. and that makes dieting easier... when I am not thinking about food all day, that is a GOOD thing!

Woke up at 4:45 this morning for my good morning pee, that usually happens at 1:55... (not upset that i slept like a rock for this long (thanks GH/sleep))... And was feeling pretty refreshed... Noticed last night that I have almost a dime sized blister on my pinky toe on my right foot... OUCH! Regardless, went and did my cardio this morning... 45 minutes on the elliptical at about 150 strides/minute with some resistance... good sweat!


Breakfast... 6 egg whites microwaved with onion/garlic powder, 3 slices of ezekiel bread that were made into open faced PB&J's (32g PB split over the 3 pcs and Walden farms strawberry jelly on top). SOOOOOO good...


18 days and counting fellas! I am starting to get a lil nervous... but its excited nervous...
 
This week is full of meetings, so i have my meals prepped for quick ingestion between meetings... tuna and green beans marinated in WF barbecue sauce and Adobo seasoning!
