Morning Update...
Today is a Refeed... wahoo! the EPITREN is definitely kicking in... i am very grouchy at night, not just due to the EPItren but the training and lack of cal's... typical contest prep stuff... Wife called me out on being grouchy, and when u are grouchy and someone notices, you get even more grouchy! LOL Hopefully the carb influx will help me mentally and physically for pics to coach in the morning. Keeping my meals the same exactly as lat refeed, just changing up the timing a little... instead of having the cake and ice cream at night, i am going to do that pre-workout... Its the only sugar i will be consuming today, so i want to try and use that for energy for my workout! The meals are all the same too, literally. Egg whites and rice for breakfast, 3 meals of Tuna and 1.5 cups brown rice, 1 shake, and 1 cake and ice cream "dessert," even though the ice cream's main ingredient, is whey protein... LOL
