Well it seems that Vitaliy Ugolnikov aka GoodVito will be taking the stage in September at the upcoming European Championships. The goal is of course qualifying for the 2023 Mr. Olympia. He’ll be up against a jaw dropping Reagan Grimes who was just recently trash talked by Nick Walker and who let’s be honest hasn’t really lived up to his true potential. The legendary Canadian social media sensation is determined to shut up the critics and win over the fans again. He will be bringing his absolute best and that’s going to raise the stakes for everyone competing as well. Another big-name bodybuilder doing the European Championships is The Prophecy Nathan DeAsha. Nathan is an extremely dangerous bodybuilder and one of the best to emerge from the United Kingdom since The Shadow himself Dorian Yates.

Juicing is a trend that seems to be sticking around in the health and nutrition industry, and it could be due to its ability to help detoxify the body and help prevent or even reverse chronic illnesses. That being said, celery juice consumption is on the rise as more people are purchasing pre-made beverages as well as making celery juice at home.

I know what you’re thinking… “WHAT?” Don’t be fooled by the name. Gyrotonic isn’t a fancy lunch wrap or a fruity cocktail. It’s actually a one-of-a-kind exercise system that’s been around since the early ’80s. The name itself comes from the Greek words “gyro,” meaning “spiral” or “circle,” and “tonic,” which describes a healthy muscular condition.

Will Regan Grimes Shut-Up Nick Walker?

I think it’s safe to say that no one will ever confuse Nick Walker with the inventor of the Rubix cube. He’s a nice enough guy, but he’s dumb as rocks when it comes to anything beyond lifting weights. I say this largely because of the fact that I’m annoyed he blocked me. I feel that top pro’s who do this generally lack the ability to think beyond play dough and eating paste. It doesn’t matter if they have a college degree (e.g. like Phil Heath) or if they’re from different generations or parts of the world.

You all know where I stand when it comes to bodybuilders making appearances. I think this is the tried and true way to grow the sport and narrow the gap between the biggest names in bodybuilding and the fans. You can achieve elements of this through maintaining a strong presence on social media. Their consistency is key. You can’t be active one week and dormant the next. You also need to publish new content – whether that’s progress shots, training footage, or simply doing an Instagram LIVE from time to time. These are ways to maximize your social media efforts. That being said, there’s a limit to what you can do digitally.
