Joseph Baena is Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son and he has been all over social media with a recent photo of the young bodybuilder emerging from a cryotherapy session going viral. Ever since he was featured on a Terminator 2 remake, he’s been making waves in Hollywood. Although the remake was only a short, it created a lot of interest in the young actor, especially (now) having finished his university studies, and more than likely looking to make some key career decisions.

If you’re like me, I’m not one of the American citizens sitting back ok with our rights and freedoms being stripped from us. Governors have decided upon their own power what they deem “essential” and “non-essential” businesses as the economy slowly opens back up. One of the biggest concerns according to politicians is the reopening up gyms and fitness centers. Maybe Reebok has solved this problem with the Reebok Fitness Mask? No, I’m not joking. You can’t even make something like this up.

So that didn’t last long…, I followed Lee on Instagram and after just a few articles here on Iron Magazine, in response to his shenanigans on RX Muscle and social media, he blocked me. You’d think anyone who was as public and as outspoken as he is, would like journalists writing articles about his antics. I mean, there’s no such thing as bad publicity, right? And if that publicity is discussing you, what you’re doing, and taking the time to break it down and weigh in, that should be exactly what you want, right?

With everything going on in the world today, immunity-boosting supplements have been the new craze. And for good reason as everyone is trying to stay healthy. Brands who have never cared about immunity, vitamins, minerals, etc. are now launching their very own line of immunity supplements. But once we are out of this “pandemic” we are under, will the sales continue to boom, or will we find things going back to normal where people couldn’t care less about their immunity and whether or not they are able to fight off illnesses and viruses?

They just published a Study that looked at nearly 11,000 gym members and how staying at home and this pandemic has changed their behaviors and lifestyles when it comes to health, fitness, and whether or not once gyms open back up if they will return.

For those of you who were excited for Athleticon this year, you’re going to need to wait another year. In a move many of us are not surprised with, Dwayne Johnson and Dany Garcia pushed back the inaugural live event to October 2021. With everything going on, I feel it’s the best thing to do and agree with their decision to push back the event until the following year.

Well, esports and video games are booming with no end in sight and I believe they are going to pave the way for new supplement innovation. Now, tell me again how bad video games are when the cash register keeps ringing?
